Please carefully review the terms of our warranty to fully understand the coverage, limitations, and requirements.
1. Warranty Duration and Coverage
We offer a standard 3-year or 60,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first, from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers both parts and labor for any defective battery.
Each battery includes a security seal . This seal must remain intact for the warranty to remain valid. Any tampering, opening, or alteration of the battery or its components will void the warranty.
2. Installation Requirements
For the warranty to be effective, the battery must be installed by an A+ Hybrid Batteries LLC-trained technician or at a certified shop authorized by us.
If the battery is installed by an uncertified or unauthorized individual, the warranty will be considered void.
3. Mileage and Diagnostic Fees
In cases where the battery fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover mileage fees at a rate of $1 per mile for required travel to service or replace the battery.
If a service call reveals that the problem is not related to our battery, you will be charged a diagnostic fee of $100 plus the applicable mileage fees.
4. Pre-existing Vehicle Conditions
If we identify other vehicle issues that may affect battery performance, we will notify you and recommend appropriate action. You must address these issues before any warranty claim can be processed.
A+ Hybrid Batteries LLC reserves the right to withhold warranty services if pre-existing conditions are not resolved, as installing a new battery under compromised conditions may lead to repeated failures.
5. Customer Responsibility and Fairness
Our policy is to treat every customer fairly, and we ask that you reciprocate by adhering to the terms of the warranty.
We are proud to have serviced over 2,000 customers with a proven record of honoring our warranties. To date, we have never denied a legitimate warranty claim.
6. Exclusions and Legal Rights
Any attempt to exploit loopholes or misuse our warranty policy may result in legal actions, as permitted by law.
This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors beyond our control.
